1. Wall : the interior and exterior wall panel are Vanjoin eps cement
sandwich wall panel .It is fast instruction ,light weight ,fire
proof ,heat insulation ,water proof ,environment friendly ,economic
,earthquake resistance.
2. Structure : the house frame structure can be steel structure or concrete
structure .
3. Accessories: all the accessories will be enclosed ,such as the cement mortar,
anti- cracking tape ,steel bar, window ,door ,roof ,ceiling ,tile
,painting and so on
4. Main features of the prefab house
♦ Fast construction : three experienced workers can install 50m² per day by working 8
hours .The more workers the more sqm can be installed .
♦ Durability: the steel structure is hot galvanized steel ,it is corrosion
resistant and it can make sure the safety of the house .it has a
long life span with 50-60 years.
♦ Heat insulation : the wall panel is very suitable for hot and cold area . Due to the
polyphony granule in the panel ,the heat insulation effect is very
good .
♦ Fire proof : under 1000 degree centigrade for 240 minutes ,there is no damage to
the wall .It is tested by National Fire-proof Building Material
Quality Supervision Testing Center .
♦ Environment friendly :raw materials do not include harmful substances ,it is green and
